About

I am married and have two daughters. I am a lawyer by day at The Family Law Practice a niche family law firm in Bristol specialising in advising clients whose relationships have broken down and need a divorce or separation agreement. I am a Chartered Legal Executive advising clients upon financial matters, separation and in particular those with complicated pensions. As a trained Collaborative lawyer I promote good communication between couples and alternatives to litigation. Over the past few years I have developed a niche practice of advising UK expats from around the world who have decided to separate or divorce. This has included working in Hong Kong.

I provide advice in relation to pre and post post nuptial agreements and wealth preservation. I advise upon private children law matters.

At weekends during the summer I play cricket for Timsbury and the MCC,  during the winter an armchair Southampton football fan.

I have been fortunate to have played at Lords in 3 National Club finals, sadly losing all three but still believe I have one more cup run in me despite now approaching 50. I share some of my thoughts some of which are personal and others relating to my profession but all views are my own.
